These terms govern your use of Getittome Money, a service of Getittome Africa Concept (Getittome Global).
Nature of the service
Getittome Money is an order, exchange-rate calculation, payment-instruction and transaction-tracking service. RMB payouts are processed manually by Getittome staff from our China bank account, Alipay or WeChat Pay. This is not an automated money-transfer engine and no instant processing is promised.
Rates and rate locks
Rates are published per transaction size tier and may change several times a day. A rate quoted at order creation is locked for a limited period. If the lock expires before payment is submitted, the order must be recalculated at the current live rate. A confirmed transaction keeps the rate stored against it.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the beneficiary details you provide, including Alipay IDs, WeChat IDs, QR codes and China bank account information. Payments sent to incorrect details supplied by you may not be recoverable.
Verification
All transactions are subject to payment verification, compliance review, applicable transaction limits, availability of funds and banking/payment-network conditions.
