What exchange rate will I get?

The calculator shows the current rate for your transfer size. Your exact rate and tier are saved when your order is created and locked for the period shown.

Why are there different rates below and above ¥10,000?

Rates are arranged by transaction-size tiers. Transfers of ¥10,000 and above automatically receive the applicable volume rate shown in the calculator.

How long does processing take?

Each payment is verified and each RMB payout is processed manually. Timing depends on verification, compliance review, available funds and banking or payment-network conditions, so a completion time is not guaranteed.

What receiver details do I need?

Accepted Answer

Provide the receiver’s full name and their Alipay ID, WeChat ID, or Chinese bank account details. You can also upload a QR code or bank-details image when relevant.

Can I pay an Alipay QR code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Alipay, enter the beneficiary details and upload the correct Alipay QR code.

Can I pay a WeChat QR code?

Yes. Choose WeChat Pay, enter the beneficiary details and upload the correct WeChat payment QR code.

Can you pay a China bank account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose China Bank Transfer and provide the beneficiary name, bank name, account number and any available branch, province or city details.

What happens if I enter the wrong receiver details?

Accepted Answer

You are responsible for checking all receiver details. Payments sent using incorrect details you supplied may not be recoverable, so contact support immediately if you notice an error.

What happens if my payment cannot be completed?

Accepted Answer

The transaction may be delayed, declined or moved to a payment-issue or information-required status while the team reviews it. You can follow updates using your transaction ID.

How are refunds handled?

Accepted Answer

Before an RMB payout is made, you may request cancellation. Approved refunds return to the Nigerian bank account the payment came from. Once the beneficiary has been paid, Getittome cannot reverse the transaction. Banking conditions, compliance review and rate movements may affect the timing or amount.
