How Naira payments and RMB payouts are handled.
Naira payment
Payment must be made to the Getittome account displayed on your transaction page, for the exact Naira amount shown. Proof of payment must be uploaded before verification can begin.
Verification
Getittome staff verify each Naira payment manually against our bank records before the RMB payout is arranged.
RMB payout
The RMB payout is made manually by Getittome staff from our China bank account, Alipay or WeChat Pay, and proof of payout is uploaded to your transaction.
Conditions
All transactions are subject to payment verification, compliance review, applicable transaction limits, availability of funds and banking/payment-network conditions.
