When and how refunds are processed.
Before payout
If the RMB payout has not been made, you may request cancellation. Approved refunds are returned to the Nigerian bank account the payment came from.
After payout
Once a beneficiary has been paid in China, the transaction cannot be reversed by Getittome.
Rate movement
Refunds are made in Naira. Where a rate has moved between payment and refund, the refund amount may differ from the amount originally paid.
Timing
Refund processing timelines depend on banking conditions and compliance review.
